We will be offering both Flu and Covid vaccinations to patients during October and November

We are running our clinics at Clare House Surgery on -

Sunday 20th October

If you or your relative are registered as Housebound you will be visited at home during October and November. If you or your relative are unable to leave your home to come to a clinic, please make contact with the surgeries to discuss further.
